The day after their wedding, Luke & Jessie invited me back out to Jessie's parents farm in Atkinson, IL for a farm themed day-after shoot. Her dad farms corn, soybeans and other crops for livestock and fuel resources. Something very unique about this farm is that they have an abandoned air-strip on their property separating two fields. That was just one of the many things that made this property wonderful! While the two newly joined families enjoyed time together over brunch, we hit the fields to make some images for these two. I would have expected both Luke & Jessie to be in a state of zombie like exhaustion from all of the hard work they put into their wedding, however they were both super troopers and we had one heck-of-a-blast-of-a-time creating some incredibly stunning images! Thank you guys again for having me, hosting me, and being such great friends. I will definitely have to make it back to the Quad Cities in my future travels!
