A fabulously simple DIY Off Beat South Philly Elopement.
Ryan & Pam had recently decided to elope while on vacation in Jamaica. When they returned stateside, they eloped again at Philadelphia City Hall to make it legally official. Both times they had photos taken of their special moments and both times were not happy with the results. That's when they found me.
